When I saw the Split Second Cookies over on Jade Louise Designs blog, I had to try them! They were easy to make and delicious! I have not had much success with butter cookies before but these turned out great!

I used pumpkin butter, which I made this morning, Apricot Jam – made my Grammy, and Chocolate Covered Cherry jelly by Wold Creek Creations. Yum, I had to put these up as soon as they cooled or I could/would have eaten them all!
