Get creative this Christmas and make some Cappuccino Ornaments for your tree, or for someone who just loves coffee!
I was plesantly surprised how cute these turned out when my Mom and I finished these ornaments! They were simple to make, and go perfectly with our A Very Coffee Christmas theme this year.
I got the idea from a friend who saw a project on Pinterest…. which can either end up being super cute or a big giant disaster from my experience with Pinterest Projects! But this one seemed simple enough and I figured if it was terrible looking it just would not end up on our Christmas tree this year.
This is the original inspiration for my coffee cups on our tree this year. We did our’s a bit different. Read up on the original directions for Hot Chocolate Ornaments and see the cute way that they made it look like the cup is full on top as well!
For my cups, I did not need them to have “coffee” on top so we used pillow stuffing for the milk foam. The pillow stuffing is not glued into the cups, but it stays in quite well. These have been hanging on the tree since Thanksgiving and we have not lost any stuffing yet. We did add more acrylic paint to create some designs on top of a few of them.
I love the way these Cappuccino Ornaments turned out for our A Very Coffee Christmas theme this year!
