Art and Coffee – Art on Tap Missoula

Art and Coffee – Art on Tap Missoula

What happens when you combine coffee and an art class?  Well today I discovered that art and coffee = fun! A few weeks ago, at work I saw a notification come across my newsfeed.  (Yes, I Facebook at work - Yes, my boss knows - Yes, it is awesome) The notification was for a Valentine's Day event with  Art on Tap Missoula.  I had never heard of it so a few clicks later and I find myself looking at the schedule for Art on Tap Missoula.  This particular event involved painting a picture at a Continue reading

DIY Cupcake Liner Wrapping Paper

DIY Cupcake Liner Wrapping Paper

This weekend I sat down to wrap Christmas gifts which should have taken me an hour at most, but then I got a great idea to create my own wrapping paper for a couple of gifts.  The two small gifts turned into 3 small gifts and then a big box, which made creating this wrapping paper a little more difficult.  Why?  Because I wanted to stick with this year's theme of Cupcake Liners!  Our tree is decorated from top to bottom in cupcake wrappers so why not wrap gifts in them too? Project 52 is hosted by Marvelous Mommy, Sarah, and Angie. If you would like to join in on the fun then feel free to link up for this week HERE. This week’s challenge is "time".  I never seem to have enough time to finish things, so you would Continue reading

I headed to Secret Seconds in Missoula, which is one of my favorite spots to find second-hand items, and Hubs found a sweater at was heavy enough to hold up a bunch of Christmas awesomeness.  I Continue reading

A Cupcake Liner Christmas Theme

A Cupcake Liner Christmas Theme

I couldn't help myself, I had to go with another theme this year for our Christmas tree.  Last year after 2 themes and 2 trees, I did promise Hubs that this year would be theme free....and I failed.  I just got this idea in my head and I had to see it through. DIY Cupcake Liner Christmas Tree I created a cupcake liner tree this year.  Each ornament is made from cupcake liners as well as the tree topper.  The only non-cupcake liner part of the tree, is the actual tree and the lights.  I started Continue reading
