20th Century Veterans Memorial in North Platte, Nebraska #CaffeinatedRoadtrip

Hubs' and I spent Memorial Day on the road this year.  It landed right in the middle of our Caffeinated Roadtrip.  Normally we spend Memorial Day locally, going to a wreath laying ceremony, or something similar.  This year was different because we were traveling, but we were headed down I80 in Nebraska, going from Colorado Springs to Cass County, Nebraska to visit family and saw a sign for the 20th Century Veterans Memorial in North Platte, Nebraska.   Without even talking about it Continue reading

Colorado Springs Coffee Shops #CaffeinatedRoadtrip #ColoradoSprings

It couldn't be a Caffeinated Roadtrip, without visiting a few coffee shops along the way.  While we were in Colorado Springs, we visited 3 local coffee shops, with 3 different groups of friends, and enjoyed each one. Mission Coffee - This coffee shop is on the North end of Colorado Springs, near Continue reading

The 3rd full day of our Caffeinated Roadtrip kept us in Colorado Springs visiting friends and family.  We all wanted to do something together and with a wide range of ages we ended up at the Colorado Springs Bass Pro Shop.  This location houses more than the store, but an Archery Range as well as Uncle Bucks's Fishbowl & Grill. Bowling and dining like you’ve never experienced. Our “Under the Sea” experience restaurant offers not only great food, but 16 bowling lanes as well. I was not sure Continue reading

A few months back Hubs and I did a painting class at a coffee shop in Missoula, with Art on Tap.  Well my Mom is crafty and found a similar class in Colorado Springs during our visit.  With 4 or more people, you can have your own class and not be in a scheduled group.  It worked out perfectly for us since we had 4 ladies ready to drink some coffee and wine while we painted. We headed down to my favorite part of Colorado Springs, into Old Colorado City.  I just love this place!  It has a Continue reading

Manual Grinders make Traveling with Coffee easy! #GalleanyGrinder

I received this product free of charge .  My experience, photos, and opinion are my own.   Many of you have been watching our adventures on the road this week during our Caffeinated Roadtrip! This trip has been so much fun, but one thing we end up needingto do every time we travel is bring our own coffee. We have stayed with several family members along the road and some are coffee drinkers, while others are not. Which is why when we travel, we bring coffee and a french press Continue reading
